ABOUT ME:
My name is Tam Duong and I'm a Canadian born Vietnamese musician. I sing with a gentle intensity and capture imaginations with my poetic storytelling. Artists such as John Mayer, Al Green and Jimi Hendrix have inspired my personal blend of jazz, blues, and pop, creating a refined and soulful sound. I'm currently focusing on building a fan base in the Ontario music scene, having played at the Home County Folk Fest in London, Burlington Sound of Music Fest, Mississauga Waterfront Fest and the Ottawa Jazz Fest. In 2011, I was recognized by the London Music Awards as "Best Singer/Songwriter" and "Artist of the Year".
