To accommodate the overwhelming requests from many potential contestants, VStar Season 2 is extended through Summer 2013. The new deadline for VStar Season 2 application is June 28, 2013. The LIVE competition will be conducted at Saigon Performing Arts Center starting at the end of July. The People’s Choice Winner and Judge’s Choice Winner will be invited to perform on Paris By Night 110.

Vòng thi hát LIVE sẽ được thực hiện tại Saigon Performing Arts Center, thành phố Fountain Valley , California bắt đầu từ cuối tháng 7, năm 2013. Những thí sinh thắng giải “Khán Giả Chọn” và “Giám Khảo Chọn” sẽ được trình diễn trên sân khấu Paris By Night 110.

VStar Ngôi Sao Đêm Nay is an online and television Singing Talent show co-produced by three organizations: Thuy Nga Entertainment, VietFace TV, and Dancesation. VStar’s primary purpose is to discover the next wave of talents for Thuy Nga Paris By Night Productions. For only the third time in its 30th year history, Thuy Nga Entertainment will open its door to welcome people worldwide to participate in this exciting singing competition. This show offers ordinary people ages from 16 and up an opportunity to realize their dreams of performing on Thuy Nga Paris By Night’s stage.
VStar 2013 will include two segments: Online Audition and Live Audition & Competition. The Online Audition will run from November 20th, 2012 through May 24th, 2013. Applicants will submit their demo song and pictures to be voted by online audience and Thuy Nga’s Talent Team to advance to the Live Audition. The Online audition will be held exclusively online. The Live Audition and Competition will run from April through May. In addition, a Special Edition DVD will be released worldwide By Thuy Nga Entertainment in summer of 2013. This show will be produced in a reality-television format.
The Judges’ Choice winner will receive a 2-year contract with Thuy Nga Paris By Night. The People’s Choice winner will receive a $10,000 USD prize. The winner(s) will perform on PBN 110 109 in Las Vegas (PBN 30th Anniversary) on July 5th-6th, 2013. Thuy Nga reserves the rights to sign contracts with other finalists after the show. Thuy Nga’s Talent Team will listen to each and every audition demo submitted.
So whether you aspire to be a professional singer for Thuy Nga Paris By Night or simply just want to have the once-in-a-lifetime experience of performing on stage in front of a worldwide TV and DVD audience, the first step is to sign up for the Online Audition at http://www.vstarshow.com/application. Although the Online Audition is opened from November 20, 2012 – February 28, 2013 May 24, 2013, we reserve the right to close the audition before the deadline if the number of applicants is higher than we anticipated; it is highly recommended that you submit your audition early.

Nếu vậy, cho hỏi mình có thể thay bài hát dự thi không ta? Mình tưởng không kịp thời hạn nộp đơn nên thâu bài hát bằng laptop để nộp. Bây giờ tính ra còn hơn một tháng để đi thâu tại phòng thâu. Còn nếu không được thì thôi, hên xui vậy.

Đống tiền nộp đơn qua PayPal từ 5/22 mà tới giờ vẫn chưa có email gì từ VSTAR, chán ghê. Được hay không thì phải email cho người ta biết, nếu thiếu gì thì nói để bổ xung. Còn đằng này chả biết cuối cùng có được thi hay không nữa mà vẫn bắt đống tiền.
